Social Services & Care Coordination

The Heart Behind KinderNest Care
My name is Nahomie Barosy, and caring for people has always been at the core of who I am.
I began my professional journey in healthcare, graduating as a Practical Nurse (LPN). Wanting to expand my impact, I went on to earn a business degree and spent many successful years working in the telecommunications and software industries, where I built strong expertise in customer service, relationship management, and operational excellence.
Even while working in corporate environments, one thing never changed—my passion for caring, serving, and advocating for people.
That passion became deeply personal as I cared for my own parents, both my mother and father. Walking beside them through aging, health challenges, and everyday needs opened my heart even more. I realized how much seniors need not just assistance, but someone who truly listens, advocates for them, shows patience, compassion, and love.
KinderNest Care was created from that realization. I wanted to build a company where seniors are treated like family, where their voices are heard, their dignity protected, and their lives enriched through genuine companionship and care.
This isn’t just a business to me, it’s a calling.
